Time of arrival
Saturn Management will arrive at Kilima on Thursday the 9th of November at 09:00.
All other companies/guests can arrive at Kilima on the 9th of November at 14:00.
VIP Guests can arrive on Saturday the 11th of November any time before 16:00.

Teamwork makes the dream work
Each table represents a team. Team leaders must choose people from their company to help them decorate their table.
Each team will R500 for them to use to decorate their tables as well as instructions via WhatsApp.

Table setting criteria
Teams will have access to Kilima Decor supplies, which will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please plan accordingly and make the most of these resources to enhance your table's presentation. For all matters related to Kilima decor supplies, please coordinate with Adri or Alicia. All items must be signed for when checking out and returning items. Please download the following document to get a full overview of the criteria :
